What you will build

The analytical core

  • Value driver bridges. Connect an initiative to earnings, working capital and enterprise value, and show the path rather than asserting it.
  • Lever scoring. Rank what to do first when everything looks urgent, using effort, timing and confidence rather than instinct.
  • Scenario comparison. Build a base, an upside and a downside that differ in assumptions rather than in optimism.
  • Evidence summaries. Present a finding so that the person reading it can see what would change your mind.

How it is taught

  • Stepwise curriculum. Twelve lessons across fifty subsections, each with objectives, content, a case and a self study set.
  • Case work. Short cases where you make the call before you see how it resolved.
  • Assessment rhythm. Core quizzes to verify understanding, plus optional sets to go deeper.
  • Optional faculty sessions. One to one interviews if you want the application pressure tested.
