VCI Institute is a non-profit entity. By enrolling in our programs, you support our mission to provide high-quality educational resources at minimal rates. Your payment covers essential operational expenses such as staff, technology, and course development.

2. Pricing in USD

  • All course fees and memberships are charged in United States Dollars (USD).
  • Additional currency conversion fees may apply depending on your location or payment provider.

3. Secure Payment Methods

  • We use trusted payment gateways (Kajabi Payments, PayPal) that adhere to industry-standard encryption.
  • No credit/debit card information is stored on our servers, ensuring a safe transaction process.

4. 7-Day Refund Policy

  • You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date by emailing [email protected] with your name, the course/program purchased, and a brief explanation.
  • Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method and are subject to a 3% processing fee to cover non-recoverable transaction costs.

5. No Refunds if Quiz or Assessment is Taken

  • Important: If you initiate or complete any quiz or assessment (e.g., AIQ) included in your course, you forfeit eligibility for a refund, even if you are within the 7-day window.
  • This policy helps maintain fairness and protects the integrity of our academic programs.

6. No Refunds Beyond 7 Days

  • No refunds will be granted after 7 days from the purchase date, except under extraordinary circumstances at our sole discretion.
  • If approved, any refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

7. Academic Integrity & Intellectual Property

  • No Cheating or Content Theft: We strictly prohibit sharing course materials, cheating on assessments, or using our content without permission.
  • Right to Discontinue: If we believe a student is engaging in fraud, cheating, or content theft, we reserve the right to revoke access without a refund.
  • All course materials are the intellectual property of VCI Institute and must not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without explicit authorization.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Please contact us first at [email protected] with any concerns before initiating a chargeback.
  • If substantial course content has been accessed or if a quiz/assessment is completed, we will provide evidence to payment gateways to challenge unwarranted disputes.
